Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Because check-in is self-service with a door code, you can arrive any time after 3 PM — no need to meet anyone.
Some apartments include on-site or nearby parking — it's listed on each property's page. If you need parking, just ask and we'll confirm what's available.
Whole apartments have a minimum of 2 nights, with better rates by the week or month. Rooms for rent are by the month.
A small refundable deposit secures your stay. For apartments it's released automatically after a quick checkout photo; for rooms the bond is returned at the end of your stay.
Most homes are pet-free to keep them comfortable for everyone. If you're travelling with a pet, message us first and we'll let you know if any property can accommodate it.
